I am Alex Oliszewski. I am a performer, experiential media designer, and teacher who works with storytelling, theatrical & experiential media design, performance & storytelling in extended realities, and their scholarship. I have the honor of being an associate professor of Media Design at at The Ohio State University (OSU) with a joint appointment from the Department of Theatre, Film, and Media Arts (TF&MA) and the Advanced Computing Center for the Arts and Design (ACCAD).

I am a co-author of Digital Media, Projection, & Technology For Theatre. In this book we cover the foundational skills, best practices, and real-world considerations of integrating digital media projections into theatre. The first edition was released in 2018. A second edition is currently in production.
